It's 5:40 am in Kokshetau and we just arrived in our cottage about 45 minutes ago. Total travel time from Charlotte to here, approximately 31 hours.
We met up with Gia and Ben, now our roomates, in Frankfurt, where we had a five and a half hour layover. It was alot of flying and airport waits, but the last 5 hours is the toughest. Our driver picked us up in Astana, KZ at around midnight and then it's an almost 5 hour drive to Kokshetau. We made it though, despite almost plowing into a herd of wild horses crossing the highway about 30 minutes from our destination.
Ben and Gia are trying to get some sleep. They have court this morning. We go at 4 pm. With any luck we should have some babies here this afternoon. There's alot to do between now and then. We have to get gifts ready for court and the hospitals, go buy diapers and formula, cakes for the caregivers, get wrinkled suits and dresses pressed for court.
It is nice being back in a place that feels like a second home. We're going to try to get some sleep. We'll let you know how we made out later today.

Yippee!! I know court will go well and tonight you will be happily holding sweet little Elle back "home" in the cottage! Can't wait to see those pics and the smiles on your faces.
By now you have been to court and should have Elloree. We are so excited for you. We miss Kokshetau but are also very happy to be home. Glad you had a safe return trip.
